Placing your order

To ensure we can create the perfect cake or dessert for your special occasion, please take note of our ordering and payment terms:

πŸ“… Booking & Payment

  • Your event date is officially reserved once we receive a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost.

  • The final payment is due 2 days before the event.

  • Orders placed 5 days or less before the event require full payment (100%) at the time of booking.

❌ Cancellations & Changes

  • If you need to cancel, we will refund the amount paid minus the deposit and any costs already incurred for supplies.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested within 5 days of the event.

  • Any changes to your order must be submitted at least 4 days in advance.

  • No changes will be accepted 3 days before the event.

We accept payments via MobilePay, bank transfer, or cash.

πŸ“œ Invoices Available:
If you need an invoice for your order, we are happy to provide one upon request.

⚠ Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions:
Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take great care in preparing our products, we cannot guarantee that our cakes are completely free from allergens due to shared kitchen space.

πŸŽ‚ Cake Design & Non-Edible Elements

  • While we will strive to match your vision, we cannot duplicate another cake artist’s exact work but will ensure a similar style.

  • Some cakes may contain non-edible decorations or supports. We will inform you about these elements, and it is your responsibility to remove them before serving.

🚚 Delivery & Pick-Up

Once your cake or dessert has been picked up or delivered, we are no longer responsible for any damage. Please handle your order with care.

🍽️ Ornaments & Special Equipment Rentals:

  • A 50% deposit is required for all rental equipment.

  • Rental items must be returned within 24 hours of the event.

  • The deposit refund is based on the condition of the returned items after evaluation.
